Excellent place to fill up your tank, grab a bite and get some respite. My cousin had one of the juiciest looking steaks I've ever seen. I had the pecan pie; it was out of this world, and only 5 dollars! Beer is affordable and cold, the place was nice and warm from the furnace they got. Owner and staff are friendly, professional and efficient.

Absolutely hands downs THE BEST ribeyes in the area. CHEF Jackie is THE BOMB . And breakfast is awesome too . Great place to stay a night!!!

We were searching for a gas station in what felt like the middle of nowhere when we luckily came across this one, which also had a restaurant attached. Both the store and the restaurant were clean and well-maintained. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though the restaurant was closing in 30 minutes, they kindly welcomed us and served us without hesitation. It turned out to be the best food we had during our entire vacation—and it was very affordable. I had the green chili cheeseburger, and it was absolutely delicious—the best I’ve ever had!

We didn't get a room but we did get a meal. The steaks were fantastic and the waitress did a great job. This place does close at 7pm and not 9pm like Google shows. We barely made it but still had a great meal. Drove an hour just to eat here and we will come back again.

What a find! Friendly diner with steak and eggs better than I've ever had in my life. You can't go through Datil without stopping here!

Very clean and rustic. Very homey. Had a fire in a pot belly stove in the dining room which made it very cozy. Delicious and affordable hamburgers. Phenomenal service.

This place is all in one, gas station, grocery store, restaurant, and hotel. It is an oasis in the middle of the desert. Friendly staff and great food!

The only place in town happens to be the best place in town and a real hidden gem. One of the best burgers we ever ate - we had green chile burgers with plenty of fresh roasted green chile. Beef comes from a local ranch and is freshly ground. Pie was equally delicious and one piece was enough for the two of us. Fresh and handmade and loaded with berries.
